How to use
homemade goat's milk soap
  • For softer and smoother skin, use this soap regularly while bathing. The best part is you can even use it on your face.
  • This is a homemade soap, without any acids, so it does not lather much.
Shelf life: 1 month
Storage: Store it in a cool place, away from moisture.
Additional Tips
  • When purchasing your goat’s milk soap base, make sure it is 100 percent vegetable base and contains no alcohol or other harmful products.
  • For enhanced aroma, refrigerate your homemade soap for a few days. This will allow the fragrance and properties of the compounds to infuse effectively into the soap bar.
  • When the soap base melts, it is a scalding hot liquid, generally over 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Therefore, only use heat-safe molds in the process. You need to be extra careful (especially with children) during the soap-making process.
  • You may also add oatmeal to the melted base. It serves as an exfoliant and an anti-inflammatory.
  • You may spray pure alcohol on the melted mixture to help prevent bubbles from popping up.
  • Do not mix essential oils with aromatic essences and flavor enhancers, as they tend to reduce the effectiveness of essential oils.
  • You may increase or decrease the quantity of ingredients depending upon the quantity of soap you are making.
